TopKid Summer Camp is not just a summer camp. We are a character development program disguised as the most fun week of your child's summer - sports, creativity, puzzles, and service projects that build kids who are confident, kind, and resilient.
2026 TopKid Camp at a Glance
TopKid Camp is organized and run by the same team that delivers TopKid Fundraising - we have experience bringing meaningful lessons and creating incredible memories for over 1,500 elementary age students. We're not just keeping kids busy. We're building the next generation of confident, kind, resilient kids.
Every activity is intentionally designed around a character trait - Ownership, Integrity, Kindness, Perseverance, or Truthfulness. Kids learn while they play.
Sports, escape rooms, scavenger hunts, creative projects, team games, and a real volunteer service event. No two days are the same.
Our proven 5-phase daily structure ensures every camper internalizes the day's trait, reflects on their actions, and celebrates their growth before going home.
Designed specifically for elementary and middle school kids. Every activity is age-appropriate, inclusive, and structured to support every camper.
No zoom interruptions. No making lunch. No mysterious noises. A full week of 8-hour days in a safe, supervised, energizing environment for your child.
A percentage of all summer camp fees goes back to the PTA/PTO at your child's local school. Your summer helps fund their year.
Each day of camp is themed around one of five core character traits. Campers create a character sheet each day and bring home a full week of learning and personal goals at the end.
Taking responsibility for your actions, your effort, and your outcomes - win or lose.
Doing the right thing even when no one is watching. Honesty in action.
Choosing to lift others up, include everyone, and lead with empathy every day.
Pushing through challenges, staying the course, and growing from every setback.
Being honest with yourself and others. Building trust one interaction at a time.
At the end of the week, every camper brings home their completed character sheet with what they learned each day and the goals they set for themselves going into the school year.
Every day follows our proven 5-phase "Character Builder" structure - designed with a coach's mindset for quick explanation, full engagement, and personal reflection. Every activity ties directly to the day's character trait.
Introduce the day's trait - what it means, why it matters, and what it looks like in real life.
Fun, active activities specifically designed to put the character trait into practice in a group setting.
Campers discuss and identify the trait from their morning - supported by counselors to connect actions to lessons.
New activities where campers are now actively aware of their actions in relation to the day's trait.
Ensure understanding, internalize the lesson, fill out the character sheet, and celebrate campers' actions from the day in a recognition circle.

Our goal is to keep camp accessible for every family while delivering a premium character-building experience your child will talk about all year.
A percentage of all summer camp fees goes back to the PTA/PTO at your child's local school. Your family's summer fun helps fund their school year.
Need flexibility? TopKid Camp offers two discounted options for families who can't do a full week.
Half Day ($175): Pick up your child every day between 12pm and 1pm.
Partial Week ($175): Attending only 2 or 3 days of the week.
Note: If your child is attending 4 or 5 full days, the full week fee of $265 applies.
How to register: Sign up through ProCare as normal, then email Michael at Michael@TopKidEvents.com to confirm your half day or partial week. We still ask that you register for the full week through ProCare so we can ensure the right counselor-to-camper ratio.
We are very pleased to be partnering with Lord of Life Lutheran Church, who has been amazingly gracious in supporting the camp and letting us use their space this summer!
The church provides everything we need for an outstanding camp experience - ample outdoor space for all our games and activities, and safe indoor space when we need it.
Drop off: Pull into the parking lot - you won't miss us! We'll check your child in right at the car so you can be on your way each morning.
Pack the following for your child for each day of camp. We'll take care of everything else!
A water bottle with their name on it that they can refill during the day. We have a water bottle refilling station on-site - staying hydrated is key with a full day of activities!
Pack at least 2 nut-free snacks your child can eat between activities during the two snack breaks. We have indoor tables and chairs available for snack time.
A packed lunch your child can manage on their own during the 12-1pm lunch break. Please follow the same nut-free and allergy rules in place for your child's school.
Sunglasses, sunscreen, a hat for sunny days, or anything else your child needs to be safe and happy during the week. We'll be outside a lot!
Hi, I'm Michael - founder of TopKid and Director of TopKid Camp. I am a youth sports coach with decades of experience. My approach to camp and working with kids has been formed with a coach's mindset that focuses around quick explanation, full engagement, and personal reflection.
This experience with coaching allowed me to create the "Character Builder" method to deliver these important lessons in a way kids interact with and genuinely learn from.
I personally will be a counselor at every week of camp this summer, overseeing all operations and directly engaging with the campers. If you have any questions about the sign-up process, what to bring, what to expect, or need to adjust something on your registration - please don't hesitate to reach out. I am here to serve your family and ensure a fantastic experience for your children.
All counselors meet all criteria set forth for camps by the Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services - the state department that oversees summer camps.
Sign up through ProCare and we'd love to have your child join us for an unforgettable week this summer!
